1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • Requests submitted after thirty (30) days from the confirmed delivery date are not eligible.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the thirty (30) day period following the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted outside this timeframe will be denied.

2. Non-Eligible Refund Requests

  • Requests submitted outside the 30-day guarantee period.
  • Subscription renewals or recurring charges processed after the initial 30-day window.
  • Orders that have already been processed, shipped, or fulfilled after the eligible cancellation period.
  • Requests that do not meet the terms of this policy.

Carrier delivery confirmation will be used as proof of delivery and establishes the start of the 30-day refund window, even if a signature was not required.

3. Subscriptions & Recurring Orders

3.1 Subscription Refund Eligibility

If your order includes a subscription, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to your first shipment. Customers are responsible for managing, modifying, or canceling their subscription within the applicable period.

Subscription renewal charges processed after the initial 30-day window are not eligible for refunds. Failure to cancel before a renewal billing date does not qualify as grounds for a refund.

3.2 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled. You will be charged through your selected payment method every 30 days or according to your selected delivery frequency. By placing your initial order, you agree to the automatic renewal terms of your subscription.

3.3 Cancellation
