Membership Cancellation

This Membership Cancellation policy explains how Menryx subscriptions, memberships, and recurring orders may be managed or canceled.

1. Automatic Renewal

If you purchase a subscription or recurring order, your subscription will automatically renew at the delivery frequency selected at checkout unless canceled before the next billing date. By placing a subscription order, you authorize Menryx or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

2. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting [Support Email].

To help us locate your subscription, include your full name, order number, and the email address used at checkout.

3. Cancellation Deadline

To avoid a recurring charge, cancellation must be completed at least twenty-four (24) hours before the next scheduled billing date. If a renewal charge has already been processed, that charge is not eligible for refund solely because cancellation was requested after billing.

4. Effective Date of Cancellation

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund prior charges.

5. Renewal Refunds

Subscription renewal charges processed after the initial 30-day window from the first delivery are not eligible for refunds under the Menryx Refund & Return Policy unless required by law or unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Updating Billing Information

You are responsible for keeping your billing and shipping information accurate and current. Updates can be made through your account portal or by contacting support.
